Heather Simms joined Silverwest Hotels in 2022. In her role, she monitors the distribution of capital for all new developments and large capital expenditure projects, as well as oversees capital budgets and forecasts.

Prior, Heather received her Masters in Real Estate from CU Boulder’s Leeds School of Business and brings over two decades of financial analysis experience to the team. She was the Director of Finance for a home-healthcare firm, an independent analyst of short-term rental and multifamily investment properties, and a financial analyst for a 100+ store natural grocer.
