Anshuman Bhargava brings over 20 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration technologies, with a proven track record of advancing sustainable and energy-efficient systems. At AIIR Products, he leads the company’s HVAC business with a focus on intelligent, sustainable climate solutions for hospitality and residential markets.

Prior to AIIR, Bhargava led full P&L for the Residential/Commercial HVAC and Commercial Refrigeration business units within Regal Rexnord Corporation’s PES segment. He has also held leadership roles across P&L and product management in diversified industrial firms including Dover Corp (Hillphoenix), IDEX, Eaton, and Ingersoll Rand (Trane/Hussmann).
