Bill Navas is a seasoned hospitality executive with over 30 years of experience in the development, construction, and renovation of high-end hospitality assets across global markets.  As SVP of Design & Construction at DiamondRock, he provides strategic oversight for all capital improvement projects throughout the company’s hotel portfolio, managing resources, coordinating external consultants, and contractors.  With a diverse background that includes leadership positions at a Fortune 500 company, a boutique development firm, and a hospitality general contractor, Bill has demonstrated a consistent track record of achieving outstanding results. His experience encompasses managing high-value projects such as the Turnberry Resort and Golf Course renovation, the W Mexico City, and the W Vieques Retreat & Spa development.

Prior to his current role, Bill served as Principal at Rich-Port Hospitality Development, an advisory firm he founded specializing in executing capital projects for hotel owners.  His career also includes executive leadership positions at W Hotels, Digney York Associates, The Trump Organization, and Hospitality 3, where he played instrumental roles in project management, business development, and strategic planning.  With a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Facilities, Design & Development from Cornell University, Bill combines his expertise in project management with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry to drive success in every endeavor.
