I grew up in a small farm community (five hundred population) in Arnett, Oklahoma in the 1980’s and early 1990’s. I went on to graduate with a degree in accounting (specialization in taxation) and Organizational Behavior at Oklahoma State University.

I worked for the largest hotel development company in the country out of college and ended up with an opportunity to develop on my own in Midland TX in 1998. I officially founded Insignia Hospitality Group, Inc. in 2003 and today is headquartered in Midland, TX.

Fast forward twenty-five years, we have established a national recognized hotel development company headquartered in Midland, TX and today have developed over thirty-five hotels in four different states.

We have developed several hotels in the Midland area and today own four hotels in Midland. Today, Insignia Hospitality Group, Inc. employs approximately one thousand (1000) associates with 26 hotels owned and managed through a centralized management structure.
