Jay Eubank is an experienced hospitality leader with deep expertise in hotel renovations and Property Improvement Plans. He began his career managing renovation projects for Equity Inns and later Promus, expanding his responsibilities to multiple Hilton brands following the Hilton–Promus acquisition.

Jay has held key roles in both Quality Assurance—where he authored PIPs—and in Architecture, Design & Construction, overseeing new hotel development in the Northeast. Since 2016, he has led Hilton’s full service & luxury PIP teams, and in 2019 assumed the PIP responsibility for all Hilton brands across North America.

Jay has visited all 50 states and several Canadian provinces. He lives in Collierville, Tennessee, with his wife, Cheryl, and is the proud father of three grown daughters.
