With a combined background in brand strategy, experience design, and interior architecture, Kenneth Allen Villamil is responsible for the comprehensive global design strategy for Hyatt Hotel’s Lifestyle brands, which include Alila, Andaz, Thompson, Hyatt Centric, and Caption by Hyatt Hotels. Kenneth provides thought leadership and creative direction to continuously innovate and differentiate each brand, ensuring they translate into meaningful and memorable experiences.

Prior to his role at Hyatt, Kenneth specialized in creative solutions and strategies for retail, hospitality, and luxury lifestyle brands. He has spent the last 20+ years honing his skills at several branding and architecture firms, including Gensler’s “Lifestyle Design Studio” and most recently with Starwood Hotel’s Luxury Brands Studio overseeing St Regis, W Hotels Worldwide, Le Meridien, and The Luxury Collection Hotels.

Kenneth has been recognized for his accomplishments, receiving multiple “International Interior Design Association Awards,” “Gold Key Awards,” and Hospitality Design Magazine’s “Wave of the Future Award.”
