Kevin Stajkowski is a hospitality development and construction executive with more than three decades of experience delivering complex hotel projects, including historic restoration and adaptive reuse developments. He serves as Senior Vice President of Design and Construction Management at HRI Hospitality, where he leads the planning, design coordination, and construction oversight of hospitality projects across the United States.

Throughout his career, Stajkowski has successfully managed projects ranging from $1 million to more than $100 million in value. His experience includes ground-up development, large-scale renovations, and the transformation of historic buildings into boutique and branded hotel properties.

Kevin’s expertise includes project budgeting, contractor selection and management, design oversight, and FF&E planning, procurement, and installation. He works closely with owners, architects, engineers, preservation consultants, contractors, and hotel brand representatives to balance design integrity, operational performance, and financial objectives.

Known for his collaborative leadership and deep knowledge of hospitality construction, Kevin plays a critical role in guiding projects through predevelopment, due diligence, and construction execution. His work frequently involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex hospitality projects that respect historic character while meeting modern hotel brand standards.
