Graduated from Universidade de Engenharia Mauá as Civil engineer and with a Master of Business Administration at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/CEAG), Paulo Mancio has been at the forefront of the most important hotel projects for Accor in Brazil and Latin America. In 2009, he was appointed Technical Director Latin America. Since 2013, he holds the position of SVP Technical, Construction and Design. Throughout his career, Paulo has managed and led roughly 300 projects of hotels deployment and currently is in charge of more than 180 projects in pipeline under his management. Before working at AccorHotels, Paulo took part in project management and construction of major complexes of global networks, such as: Melia, Staybridge, Radisson, Quality/Atlântica Hotels flags, Cinemark, among others. He also attended and gave lectures at International Conferences on Hospitality in NY, Paris, Milan and Asia. In addition, he is a professor of the Luxury Hotel Management MBA program since January 2010 and a professor of the Post-Graduation program in Architecture and Interior Design at UNIVALI.
