Steve Escalante was born and raised in Southern California before moving to Las Vegas to attend the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) with an emphasis in business management and marketing.

Boasting more than 20 years of deep-seated industry experience, Escalante utilizes his knowledge, determination and enthusiasm to manage local, regional and international real estate and business development ventures as VP of business development at Growth Holdings (GH) the parent company of Growth Luxury Realty (GLR). 

A seasoned real estate professional, Escalante oversees all commercial, condo, multi-family, mixed use, golf, hospitality and gaming projects, with sales and management of more than $2.5 billion in real estate. 

Prior to joining GLR, Escalante decided to pursue his love of real estate development while attending UNLV and obtain his realestate license to represent owners and investors for both residential and commercial properties.

Throughout his real estate career, Escalante has served in executive roles including senior VP of sales and marketing and chief operations officer at C&S

Holdings, where he oversaw the company’s entire operations including sales, marketing, research, analysis, legal and finance reporting; as well as Cheryl Davis & Associates, where he played akey role in bringing the first Engel & Völkers international real estate franchise to Nevada.

In 2009 Steve Founded the Escalante Group, a boutique luxury real estate experience. The intent is to provide his clients the highestlevel of service for their residential and commercial real estate and deliver the experience with an intimate and personalized approach.
